SWOC Analysis Workshop

Running a SWOC Analysis regularly gives your team a pulse on their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges. During this workshop, your team will complete a SWOC Analysis. Your staff will leave with a better understanding of the internal and external factors that impact their organization.

Marketing 101 for Parks & Rec Kids

We know you have amazing parks, facilities, and programs – now tell your community about them! Your staff will learn how to answer the questions “Where are we?” and “Where can we go?” when marketing your agency. Campfire Concepts will walk through building your Strong Foundation, creating your Visual Brand using The Big Three, and how to Take Action to successfully promote your agency.

Three activities are available to be peppered throughout this session: Let’s Talk about Logo Relationships, Conduct Your Own Brand Audit, &/or Write Your Next Marketing Staff Job Description.

Branding from the Inside Out

Brand equity is the value derived from your customer’s perception of your brand name and its offerings. Campfire Concepts will challenge you to strategically develop your brand equity to raise the brand value of your organization by bringing key stakeholders, staff, and volunteers onto the same page through brand buy-in.

Brand Audit Workshop

This intensive, one-day workshop is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of your agency’s brand from the perspective of your target audience. Each workshop begins with the completion of a brand-audit worksheet along with an analysis of your agency’s existing marketing materials. We’ll then identify and discuss the ways your agency could update its marketing materials and visual brand to better communicate who it serves and what it does. This includes a discussion of what we refer to as the Big Three: Logo, Color, and Typography.

“It’s not a bad thing finding out that you don’t have all the answers. You start asking the right questions.
